Why is this man called the " village idiot"?
This is the second year of the farm festival in Woodstock and look at who now attends. A local person who grew up here! He's in the target population that we are hoping to draw into town for shopping on a Wednesday, locals who don't like to come to town during the busy summer weekends. Alan is wearing a t shirt that is expressing his opinion while walking around at the farm festival. It's the same phrase that was on another local man's t shirt last week, expressing a similar opinion about a current town board member. FREEDOM of EXPRESSION in all its forms is what the Woodstock State of MIND was about in 1903 and 1969. Let's keep FREEDOM of EXPRESSION as one of our treasured attributes here in Woodstock, in the 21st century as well.
