Street musicians- Tuba Skinny

Magnificent New Orleans style street music. This is part of the beauty of Mower's Saturday Market, you never know who is going to be there, and who might set up and play. It has been fun to watch the people passing along and stop and listen to the music this weekend. There were many world famous ( locally known ) musicians in the audience, and they would step over and congratulate the musicians as they finished their set. People were break into a dance, kids would sit, eyes fixed on the young people making music on a wonderful warm spring day in Woodstock

New Hosta Garden

I have hosta at my house that the deer continue to eat, so I've decided to relocate it
to the south eastern corner of the field.
The cottage in the back ground was built by Walter Mower for his growing family

The drinking rock

We do have a number of folks who sit and drink and enjoy the beauty of the Maple lane field. I wish I didn't have to clean up after them!

Frenchtown New Jersey 2009

We've been partners in the Mower's Saturday Flea Market for 32 years. Each year before the season starts, we have a little get away. This year, we celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary in the Delaware Water Gap region. We had a lovely dinner in Frenchtown NJ, just on the boarder of the river. The Universe has been good to us and we are very grateful for that!

The weather shifted

We went from working in mild 60 degree weather to 80 degree weather. No matter, the work has to get done before May 16th

Someday- a new garden will be here!

Gratitude Garden

The Gratitude Garden awaits new dirt from Woodstock Landscaping, located out by the
Resevoir Inn.

New Garden and better parking

Water erosion has removed the stone material and earth in the parking area here.
Huge rocks have surfaces. Soon they will be covered over and a new
garden will appear along the fence line. Mint and Bee Balm are this years
transplants

The Long Tarp

It's the longest tarp we have ever used to haul leaves. Every corner gets raked and we have a compost pile at the south east corner of the field.
